Explore Iceland, one of the worlds most spectacular countries at a time of year where there are fewer tourists. Early spring is the perfect time to visit when it is easier to seek out and marvel at the wonders within reach of Reykjavik. See the power of the Gullfoss waterfalls and gushing Geysir hot springs.

At Akureyri you could go on a whale watching tour to look out for humpback and mink whales as they return to their breeding grounds. Dolphins and porpoises can also be spotted in their natural habitat.

Between Mount Strandartindur and Mount Bjolfur you can see the rugged beauty of Iceland amongst rolling valleys and thundering waterfalls.

If you are lucky you might even get to see the Northern lights when darkness falls.
